How can I place an order?

Choose your product and any available options, then add it to your cart.
Review your cart and proceed to checkout.
Enter your contact and shipping information.
Apply any valid discount code and select from the shipping and payment options displayed.
Check your order details, delivery address, and total before completing your purchase.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

After completing checkout with an email address, you should receive an order confirmation at the address you provided. If it does not appear in your inbox, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. Still cannot find it? Email service@quendalisx.com so we can help check your order.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

If you need to update your order information, please contact us as soon as possible.

Order changes can only be requested before the order enters the processing stage.

Once an order has been processed or prepared for shipment, modifications may no longer be possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests may be submitted before your order enters the processing stage.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipping preparation, cancellation may no longer be available.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at service@quendalisx.com.

How do I manage items in my shopping cart?

Open your cart to review your selected products. Before checkout, you can adjust quantities or remove unwanted items using the available cart controls. To add another product, return to its product page and add it to your cart.

What payment methods do you accept?

Please refer to the payment options displayed at checkout and choose an available method for your purchase.

How does PayPal checkout work?

If PayPal is displayed as an available option, select it and follow the prompts to sign in or complete payment through PayPal. Review the payment details carefully and follow the instructions to return to the store after completing the payment.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter your valid code in the discount field at checkout and apply it. Check that the discount appears in your order summary before paying. If a code is not accepted, review its conditions or contact service@quendalisx.com for assistance.

Is checkout secure?

We use trusted payment providers and reasonable security measures to help protect your payment and personal information during transactions.

What should I do if my order contains incorrect, damaged, or missing items?

Please contact our customer support team at service@quendalisx.com as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item received where applicable. For a missing item, tell us which product is missing. After reviewing the information provided, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

How do returns or exchanges work?
